Halloween at Saint Louis Zoo

Boo at the Zoo

Nightly, October 18 - 30, 2013
5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Come explore the Zoo after dark during the special Halloween evenings: Boo at the Zoo Nights! This non-scary, kid-friendly Halloween experience is filled with laughs and adventure. Children are encouraged to wear costumes. Children 12-and-under will receive a treat bag upon exiting. Boo at the Zoo Nights is not a trick-or-treating experience.

Admission

  • $4/member; $5/non-member; children under 2 are free; $1 discount for children 2 to 12 in costume
  • Parking is free! Our treat. South Lot only. (North Lot and North Entrance will be open on select nights: Oct. 18, 19, 25, 26, 30.)
  • No reservations necessary.
  • Purchase tickets online, by phone at (314) 646-4771, or at the door on night of the event. Discounts do not apply when purchasing tickets online or by phone.

SPOOKY SATURDAY

Saturday, October 26, 2013
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
*ONE DAY ONLY*
Admission is FREE

Trick-or-Treat 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Entertainment 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Crafts and Games 12 noon - 4 p.m.
Costume Character Meet-and-Greet and Jamboree - 3 p.m.
Admission is free from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. only.

Mummies and daddies are invited to bring their little ghouls and goblins to a day of safe and free trick-or-treating throughout the Zoo. Encounter surprises and goodies along the way, along with your favorite costumed characters, magicians and entertainment. Be sure to come and show off your costume at this event. There are plenty of photo opportunities including haystacks, pumpkins, and of course, our animals! It is a safe Halloween event all ghouls and goblins are sure to enjoy.
