The Doris I. Schnuck Children's Garden is reopening just in time for spring! Get outside and enjoy two fun-filled days of hands-on activities.
  • Seed Packet Making: Bring a little nature home by making a seed packet of Missouri native ornamental plants to take home to start your own garden this spring.
  • Be a Plant Detective: Explore the plants we eat in our Edible Garden.
  • Pot a Plant: Visit the potting station and select a leafy green edible plant to pot up and take home.
See live birds from the World Bird Sanctuary who will visit from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy live music by WildHeart from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. And get your face painted with snazzy spring-inspired cheek art!
Meet Finn, the Children's Garden friendly frog mascot, on Saturday at 11 a.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m.
Activities are included with Children’s Garden admission ($5 ages 3 to 12; adults included with general Garden admission).
