Easter in Kirkwood & Webster Groves 2013

This time of year, kids across St. Louis start looking forward to Easter egg hunts.
Lucky for us, St. Louis is jam-packed with Easter activities, including Easter egg hunts in Kirkwood, Webster Groves and Rock Hill.

Kirkwood

On Monday, April 1st, The Magic House in Kirkwood will host their annual Egg Roll. Unlike any other Easter event your kids will attend, this one really gets kids cracking up. Children 12 and under use large spoons to race their eggs across the lawn and over the finish line. In addition to the race, kids get to participate in egg decorating and storytime –plus meet the Easter Bunny. The Easter Egg Roll is free with Magic House admission and takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
On Friday, March 29th, teens get a chance to get in on the Easter fun. Kirkwood Park will be the site of a teen Easter egg hunt, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. At the beginning of the evening, kids will enjoy pizza and beverages. Then, the hunt begins! Kids 10-14 can participate. They simply need to bring a basket and a flashlight. Registration for this event is required as space is limited. The cost for Kirkwood residents is $5.00; non-residents will pay $7.00. To register, visit the Kirkwood Community Center, during normal office hours, call 314-822-5855 or register online at www.kirkwoodmo.org.
